Dr. Dominic Newlove Allotey is a dynamic preacher and teacher with an extraordinary depth of knowledge and understanding of the principles of God’s word. His vision is to empower believers to live a victorious life, through Jesus Christ.
Bishop Allotey is the head pastor of Living Faith Ministries International Church –one church, in two locations. Rhema House is located at Mount Vernon, New York and at Ashaley Botwe in Accra, Ghana.
The Oral Robert graduate has been gifted with an Apostolic and healing anointing to bring hope and restoration to mankind.
Called into ministry in 1981, Bishop Dominic Newlove Allotey has travelled to over 40 nations around the world, spreading the love and Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Bishop occasionally recounts a trance he fell into as a young man where an angel entered his bedroom and opened his chest, then implanted a bible into him. Therefore, his depth of knowledge of the Word of God is renowned and his expertise is sought after, worldwide.
Yearly, Bishop Allotey leads medical missions and health care professionals, ministers, and volunteers to help aid the poor, feed the hungry, care for the sick and share the Gospel in Accra, Ghana.

He hosts the Higher Life Broadcast on Sunny 88.7 FM and on Mx24 TV all in Ghana’s National capital, Accra. He’s also the Founder of Higher Life Academy which is tailoring the minds of students to be generational problem solvers through its well thought through curriculum.
Bishop Dominic Newlove Allotey is the convenor of The Issachar School of Business, Sons of Issachar and Issachar Project, all geared at empowering young people to channel their passions and creativity into successful careers and businesses among others.
One of his favorite quotes is ‘the Word of God will never change but has the power to shift and change lives.’
He and his lovely wife, Naomi Allotey have been married for 40 years and are blessed with four children, Sandra, Veronica, Joshua and Joelle and a grandson, Judah Dominic.
